We experienced an incredible time! Amethyst Dunes was an ideal little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location around the beach was well worthwhile!
3 This assets is in decline. If you need easy access to the beach, but Really don't mind an aged Red Roof Inn feel, that is what you will get here.
It was NOT dirty, it was well kept, and again the location was terrific. It could really profit from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen area. The fridge was wonderful, no troubles (I had seen issues reported in other reviews). Matthew Posted: five/10/2024

Thank you for your feedback. Without a question this home is usually a simple beach house and when you predict more this isn't the place for you. As for your outdoor spigot, without going into many details allows just say that it is actually within the works to become addressed.

four The owner replaced the fridge considering that our last stay two years back, which was needed. I feel that the assets owner needs to address several challenges. The main complaint that I have with the property may be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of them really need to become replaced. The door which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area for the rear deck) is extremely tough to open.
From the outside, the home looks a little “operate down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from the neighboring properties, they would be well outside of our price assortment. The inside photos had been accurate and everything worked fine.

four This residence is standard but everything worked and we click here had no issues. Honestly for that price this house was wonderful. It was comfortable and clean. We would stay here all over again.
The property is as advertised - nothing fancy towards the house but amazing location to the beach. No, the house will not be full in the latest and best furnishings, but experienced plenty of place for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't plenty of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.
